Targeted Genotyping

iGenix can help you develop custom variation panels of 48-384 loci for use with the Illumina BeadXpress scanner, or multiples of these increments, and then provide a program to process and analyze clinical samples to help you characterize your study participants quickly and effectively.
Clinical Diagnostics
Does your compound require a companion genomic diagnostic that is time- and cost-effective? As proof-of-principal, iGenix has prototyped the use of the Illumina BeadXpress platform to assay Warfarin dosage, as a CLIA certified clinical diagnostic.
This system allows rapid (24 hours) genotyping of up to 90 clinical samples simultaneously, for common CYP2C9 and VKORC1 alleles.
